
Bryan Leavitt
Managing Partner
Mr. Leavitt is the founder of Salmon River Partners and manages both the firm’s investment activities and relationships with the limited partners.
Additional roles include directorships at Donor Services Laboratory, Sandpiper Trailer Court, and YES! Mx Services.
Today, Mr. Leavitt is the Managing Partner of Salmon River Partners. Prior to these roles, Mr. Leavitt was VP Business Development at Altos Partners, and held numerous C-level and Vice President positions in several PE portfolio companies. A combination of leadership roles in private equity, venture capital, and international publicly-held companies, has given Mr. Leavitt a sharp investment acumen to guide Salmon River.
Mr. Leavitt received a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and MBA certificate from the Stephen Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Bailey Leavitt
Business Analyst
Ms. Leavitt is currently working with Spinnaker Capital LLC in a Private Investment Co-op position through Northeastern University. Prior to this employment, she was a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst Co-op at Summit Partners. Ms. Leavitt started her career as a summer intern at Altos Partners where she learned the nuances of proprietary deal search and quality of earnings. Ms. Leavitt is active at Northeastern University in various roles that include intellectual development and education team analyst.
Jamie Villanueva
Business Analyst
Mr. Villanueva joined Salmon River Partners in 2025 and focuses on market analysis, financial modeling, economic forecasting, and transaction support.
His previous role was at a Human Resource Consulting firm, Versa Business Partners.
Before moving to the Houston area in late 2021, Mr. Villanueva provided operations support at Harvard and Northeastern University in event planning, financial disbursement and managing projects. Prior to higher education, Jamie helped improve the lives of dozens of families and children as a licensed social worker, in both urban and rural settings, for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Jamie’s academic accomplishments include a Master in Liberal Arts in Management with a Certificate in Strategic Management, Dean’s List, from Harvard University Extension School and a Master of Social Work, with a certificate in Urban Leadership from Simmons University. Jamie also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island in Human Development.
Jamie enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two kids traveling the great outdoors and attending major sport venues. Lastly, Jamie is an active volunteer in his local community.
